School Re-enrolment Registration/Field Trip forms

The 23/24 School Re-enrolment Registration form and Local Field Trip Permission Form has been assigned for all students.  It is a requirement by Alberta Education to have this form completed and returned each year as confirmation of their school enrolment within Wild Rose School Division.  Please log in to your Parental Portal Account Here
